2008 (10 Years of RPO Leadership) : Augustine celebrates ten years in business while looking forward to a future bright with opportunity, developments and exciting ideas for the evolution of talent acquisition, development, and management. Augustine has grown in just ten short years from a start-up recruitment process outsourcing provider to today’s position as a leader in the top tier of the world’s recruitment process outsourcers.

Augustine was founded as a start-up recruiting firm with the goal of providing clients access to the passive candidate market and critical market intelligence regarding talent, the competition, and more.
